Info

CLARK is one of Europe's largest insurtech companies, helping millions of customers manage their insurance in one place. During my nearly two years there as a Senior Product Designer, I worked across multiple squads on day-to-day product improvements that drove retention and sales, while also taking on a larger strategic initiative that ended up shaping the company's direction.

That initiative was a forward-thinking product vision, grounded in extensive usage data and qualitative research. Working closely with product, engineering, and leadership, I reimagined what digital insurance management could look like for the next generation of users. The goal was to find the overlap between what users actually needed and where the business wanted to go, and turn that into something concrete and buildable.

The prototype that came out of this work was never just a concept. It became a guiding framework for CLARK's next-generation platform and laid the foundation for a design system that brought consistency and scalability across the entire product. It was one of those projects where the work outlasted the brief.
