With the rebrand in place, the next challenge was clear: translate the new identity into a product experience that actually felt like PowerUs. As Product Design Lead, I spearheaded the creation of a future-facing product vision, leading a team of three designers to rethink how blue-collar professionals connect, learn, and grow on the platform.

We kicked things off with a three-day offsite design sprint, using it as a space to explore how the brand's new strategy and visual language could come to life across the core product. From that, we designed a bold, intuitive vision covering key areas of the platform including the Feed, Community, Jobs, and Courses. Every decision was made with engagement and clarity in mind, making sure users could find value quickly and come back for more.

Built on top of the design system developed during the rebrand, the vision brought consistency without sacrificing flexibility. The result was a product experience that felt cohesive, considered, and ready to grow with the platform, setting a clear direction for where PowerUs is headed next.
