Info

PowerUs is redefining how blue-collar workers connect, grow, and advance their careers. As Product Design Lead, I led the company through a full rebrand, reshaping its identity to better resonate with its users and position it as the go-to platform in the industry.

Working closely with stakeholders, I refined the brand's positioning, developed a distinct tone of voice, and established a new visual language that reflects the strength, expertise, and ambition of its audience. But this was never just about aesthetics. It was a strategic shift aimed at building trust, increasing credibility, and driving long-term engagement.

To make it last, I built a scalable design system from scratch, giving designers and engineers the tools to create a consistent experience across every product and marketing touchpoint. The result is a cohesive, future-ready brand that strengthened user perception, improved engagement, and laid the foundation for PowerUs to grow into what it's becoming: a platform that empowers millions of skilled professionals with the tools and connections they deserve.
